Durable 69kV Polymer Vertical Post Insulator for Reliable Electrical Distribution

69kV vertical post insulator is used on overhead power transmission lines operating at a nominalvolatge of 69kv. We manufacture modular line post by extruded technology, and adopt 70mm corerod to acheive big bending resistance.

Producet Feature
1.Housing and weathersheds: made of reinforced high temerature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber.
2.Core: glass fiber reinforced and epoxy resin rod.
3. End fitting: maleable iron vertical trunnion as top fitting, bendable flat as base fitting.
4.Aluminum clamp can work for a conductor diameter range of7mm-27mm.
5.The end metal fitting is crimped to the fiberglass core instead of silicone housing, to reach themaximum mechanical load.
6.Big creepage distance for optimum contamination performance7.Excellent insulation performance, and superior electrical properties.
