40kV station post insualtor are suitable for polluted areas, high mechanical tensile loads, large spans and compact lines. Pollution flashover voltage is 30%-50% higher than that of porcelain and glass insulators of the same level. Superior electrical performance and high mechanical strength effectively improve the reliability of safe operation.

Producet Feature
1.The core rod is made of high-quality epoxy resin, an E-glass fiberglass rod.
2.Housing is one-piece, high-temperature vulcanized molded silicone rubber.
3. Standard base fitting are flat round iron bases with round mounting holes for bolts.
4.End bases are radially swaged on to the core rod to provide the mechanical performance andreduce the stress concentration.
5. Good anti-brittle performance, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
6.Excellent insulation performance, and superior electrical properties.
