This product guarantees superior performance and reliability for all your high voltage needs.

The drop-out fuse cutout and load switching fuse cutout serve as indispensable outdoor high voltage protective devices. They seamlessly connect with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or lines, providing robust protection against short circuits and overloads while enabling efficient on/off current loading. Each drop-out fuse cutout is expertly crafted with insulated insulator supports and a fuse tube. Static contacts are strategically affixed to both sides of the insulator support, while the moving contact is expertly installed at the ends of the fuse tube. The fuse tube itself is an engineering marvel, featuring an internal arc-extinguishing tube encased by an outer phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass tube. The load switching fuse cutout further enhances functionality with reinforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure that ensures seamless switching of on-off loading current.
Under normal operating conditions, the fuse link secures the fuse tube in a closed position. Should a system fault arise, the resulting fault current swiftly melts the fuse, generating an electrical arc that heats and expels gas from the arc-extinguishing tube. This creates substantial pressure that swiftly extinguishes the arc along the tube. Once the fuse link melts, the moving contact loses its fixed position, unlocking the mechanism and allowing the fuse tube to drop out, transitioning the cutout to an open state. For switching off whilst maintaining loading, an operator utilizes an insulating operating bar to pull the moving contact. Initially, the main contact and auxiliary static contact remain engaged, but upon further pulling, they separate, creating an electric arc. This arc elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure, where gas rapidly extinguishes it as the current passes its zero point, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
