Yuanneng's insulators employ advanced pressure welding technology, recognized globally. 1. The housing material is made of superior quality silicone rubber, known for its waterproof characteristics and excellent UV resistance.
2. Our 3 mm thick, high-temperature vulcanized (HTV) silicone rubber sheds are designed to enhance the mechanical properties of the system,
while effectively reducing the electric field strength of the FRP rod.
3. Features an extended creepage distance for superior performance in contamination-heavy environments.
4. The core utilizes epoxy fiberglass, renowned for its excellent fracture resistance, high-temperature endurance, and stress corrosion
resistance.
5. The end metal fitting is firmly crimped to the fiberglass core, bypassing the silicone housing, to achieve maximum mechanical load capacity.
