Durable 33kV Polymer Line Post Insulator for Enhanced Power Distribution

33kV line post insulator can provide horizontal or vertical types for your choose, with trunnionclamps which made of aluminum, all end fittings be capable of withstanding a horizontal force of atleast 8 kN on the conductor. Small size and light weight (only 1/6~1/9 of the same voltage gradeporcelain insulator). Lightweight structure, easy transportation and installation are the advantagesof composite post insulators.

Producet Feature
1. The core rod is made of high-quality epoxy resin, an E-glass fiberglass rod.
2.Housing is one-piece, high-temperature vulcanized molded silicone rubber.
3. Standard base fitting are flat round iron bases with round mounting holes for bolts.
4. End bases are radially swaged on to the core rod to provide the mechanical performance and reduce the stress concentration.
5. Good anti-brittle performance, light weight, easy installation and maintenance.
6.Excellent insulation performance, and superior electrical properties.
