Introducing the 36kV Expulsion Load Break Fuse Cutout, a pinnacle of safety and reliability in high-voltage technology.

Discover the outdoor powerhouse, the Drop-out fuse cutout and load switching fuse cutout, engineered for high voltage protection. Designed to seamlessly integrate with the incoming feeder of distribution transformers or distribution lines, these devices are your first line of defense against short circuits, overloads, and facilitate on/off loading currents with precision. The robust construction features insulated insulator supports and a fuse tube, with static contacts securely affixed on both sides of the insulator support. The dynamic moving contact is expertly installed at the ends of the fuse tube. The cutting-edge fuse tube is crafted from an inner arc-extinguishing tube, enveloped in an outer layer of phenolic compound paper or epoxy glass tube. For enhanced performance, the load switching fuse cutout is equipped with enforced elastic auxiliary contacts and an arc-extinguishing enclosure, ensuring smooth switching and effective current interruption.
Under normal conditions, the fuse link keeps the fuse tube securely in the closed position. In the event of system faults, the ensuing fault current triggers an almost instantaneous fusing action that melts the fuse, generating an electric arc. This rapid reaction heats the arc-extinguishing tube, causing it to release a significant amount of gas, creating high pressure and propelling the arc lengthwise along the tube. Once the fuse link has melted, the moving contact loses its tension, the mechanism locks, and the fuse tube disengages, indicating an open position. For switching off while under load, operators can use an insulating operating bar to delicately maneuver the moving contact. Initially, the main contact remains engaged as the auxiliary static contact maintains connection. As the pulling continues, the auxiliary contact separates, creating an electric arc, which elongates within the arc-extinguishing enclosure's gap. Simultaneously, the arc-extinguishing mechanism releases a powerful gas burst to extinguish the arc as the current approaches zero.
